2. Order Processing Time

After you place your order, our team carefully prepares and packs it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your purchase is being processed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days to reach most destinations around the world. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and customs processing.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey in real time. If you have an account with us, you can also view tracking information directly in your order history.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to most countries worldwide from our US-based fulfillment centers.

  • While shipping is free, please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

  • To avoid delivery delays, we recommend confirming your country’s import policies before ordering.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global and regional carriers—such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal services—to ensure your bottle arrives safely and efficiently.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected].

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs reviews.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and reship your order at no cost once the investigation is complete.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will send a replacement promptly, often without requiring a return.
