We stand behind our bottles and your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer:

  • full refund to your original payment method

  • free exchange for another color or style

  • store credit for future hydration essentials

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories (lids, straws, carrying straps) must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required

3. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Your preference (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 2: We’ll reply within 12 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it at any authorized carrier location.

4. Processing Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier
