To be eligible for a return or refund:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
All accessories (lids, straws, carrying straps) must be included

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days
Refunds will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
Exchanges are shipped free of charge as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier
